Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients:


2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons fresh orange juice

1 bunch chervil

1/2 bunch italian flat-leaf parsley

1/4 cup chives

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup peanut oil

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine the vinegar, orange juice, chervil, parsley, and chives in a food processor process to mince finely with machine running, add the oils in a thin-steady stream process until thickened slightly season with curry powder, salt, and peper to taste-mix well serve at room temperature
